As a motivational speaker Gary Johnson has inspired and entertained thousands of people with his powerful story telling ability.
At the age of 23, Gary was assigned to The White House where he worked for three Assistants to the President for National Security Affairs. Throughout his 30-year professional working career, Gary worked 18-years for the federal government as a Mail Clerk, Intelligence Watch Analyst, Security Officer, Special Agent/Investigator, Supervisor, Program Manager and Management Training Instructor.
Gary currently serves as a Management Consultant and Coach to executives in the federal government and private sector. He also designs and delivers workshops in the areas of leadership, diversity, team building, professional development, harassment prevention and working with difficult people. Gary is certified in a variety of instruments and programs such as the Hogan Assessment, Power+Systems Organizational Workshop, Idea Navigator, Management Skills Profile, Conflict Competence, Attentive Listening and several 360 assessments.
Gary learned how to use his personal power to define his success. The same personal power that we all have, but don't always know how to use.
Gary was a contributing author to the book IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD(R) -- TRANSCENDING BOUNDARIES (Publisher: Xlibris Corporation; March 22, 2004, ISBN: 141343777X). The book is a collection of essays and interviews that explore the issues and questions that fathers struggle to resolve on a day-to-day basis.
